Volunteering
Give something back to your community as a Waythrough volunteer.
Our volunteers
Our incredible volunteers come from a wide range of backgrounds.
Some have used our services in the past or have a family member affected by one of the issues we work on.
Others want to learn new skills and give some of their time to help people in the local community.
Whatever your age or background, we’re keen to hear from you! Keep reading to find out how to volunteer with us and talk to us us at volunteering@waythrough.org.uk if you’d like to know more or make an application.
Different roles to suit you
We offer a range of diverse roles and opportunities for our volunteers.
You could become part of a peer support team, helping people facing issues you have faced.
You could spend some time being a support group facilitator in a service or use your skills to support our central services teams in areas like data entry, research or communications.
Whatever you’re interested in doing, we’ll make sure you have the information and training you need, and there will always be people on hand to support and advise you.
