Thank you for considering letting Waythrough use your photos, videos or quotes for our internal and external communications.

We’re specialists in mental health, alcohol, drugs and related areas.

We know that people and their problems don’t fit into neatly labelled boxes. And that finding help can be hard when life gets messy.

By agreeing to let us use content that features you, you’re helping us to share important information that could be useful to people who use our services and people who need our support.

Your content may be used in printed or digital materials by Waythrough or third parties selected by Waythrough.

Your consent and personal data are stored securely and your content may be reused multiple times by Waythrough.

Data protection: The information that you provide in this form will only be used to confirm your consent to us sharing your image/video in our communications work. We will not pass the details recorded in this form on to any other organisation without your permission. We will not store your personal information or image for any longer than three years, but copies of published materials like magazine articles, presentations and training resources may be kept beyond this time period.

We will make sure your personal data is only used in line with our Privacy Notice.

Please be aware that once we have shared your image with the media, it then goes beyond our control and is owned by that media publisher. For example, we might share your story with an online newspaper. If you want us to delete your information, we can delete it from our own records, but we cannot make the online newspaper delete your information.
