Our Service

We’ll help you regain control of your life, by building on your strengths and supporting you to make healthy changes.

Our three main hubs are in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Barnstaple, find out more about our other services via our website link on this page.

We offer the following recovery support: 

  • 1 to 1 sessions 
  • Group work 
  • Prescribing medications to help with your recovery 

In addition, we also provide services such as needle exchanges, and clinical support; including testing for blood-borne viruses, certain vaccinations, providing naloxone, essential health checks. You will see your recovery worker by appointment, but the hubs provide a centre where you can drop in for support outside of your one-to-one programme, or to spend time in our cafes or group activities.   

Our outreach services in Ilfracombe, Bideford, Honiton, Axminster, Exeter, Dawlish, Totnes and Tavistock can arrange prescriptions and needle exchanges by appointment. 

Within the Together services we also have: 

  • A dedicated Criminal Justice Team 
  • A team of Specialist Family Workers. 
  • Homeless Outreach Team 
  • Hospital Liaison Workers 

You will also have access to other programmes of support: 

  • Family Support – intervention packages to support families affected by drug or alcohol misuse
  • Flourish Cafes – a safe, social and creative space for all past or present service users to be among people who understand.
  • Flourish in Nature – outdoor activities for those in active recovery and opportunities to train as a volunteer or leader.

  • People who live in Devon (excluding Torbay and Plymouth)
  • Peopled aged 18 and over
  • People who want support to stop or reduce their drug and/or alcohol use
  • People who are worried about someone else's drug and/or alcohol use
