Our Service

We offer housing support for young people aged 18-25 with complex needs in Darlington. Referrals are received through the local authority (Darlington Borough Council). We have 12 units of accommodation, 5 flats and 7 houses.

We’re here to help

Our support coordinators work with young people with multiple disadvantages to live independently, equipped with all the right skills to take you forward in life. You will be encouraged to access volunteering, training or employment of your choice. Your support coordinator will spend time making sure you have the right support to allow you to move on.

This service is for you if

  • You are aged 18 - 25
  • Lived in Darlington for 6 months or more
  • Have a history of rough sleeping, currently rough sleeping or at risk of
  • Willing to engage with the support offered
  • Able to manage and run your home with the right support
