Our experienced team provide you with advice and guidance to make the changes you want to make. To make a referral, you can use our online referral form.

We have a supportive recovery community that is made up of people with similar experiences to you. 

We can help with: 

• One-to-one support and group programmes 
• Support to improve your mental and physical health 
• Methadone or buprenorphine prescribing 
• Needle exchange 
• Peer support 
• Advice on benefits, housing and finances 
• Friends and family support 

We offer support should you be worried about someone else’s drug or alcohol use.  

The Grove runs hub clinics based in GP surgeries across Haringey. If you would prefer to speak to one of our specialists in a surgery closer to you, then we run the following clinics: 

Hornsey Central Neighbourhood Centre – 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD (Wednesdays 1:30pm-7:30pm) 

157 Medical Practice – 157 Stroud Green Road, London N4 3PZ (Wednesdays 3pm-6pm) 

Our needle exchange service provides you with clean injecting equipment, advice on preventing overdoses, naloxone and steroid sterile equipment. This service is completely confidential and you don’t need to be ready to stop or reduce to use of this service. 

We have experienced people who won’t judge you and are ready to talk and help you get your life back to the way you want it. We also have nurses who work with us to make sure you’re kept safe.

• People living in Haringey
• People who want support to reduce or stop their drug and/or alcohol use
• People who are worried about someone else's drug and/or alcohol use
