We know that making contact can be nerve-wracking, so when you contact us we will aim to put you at ease.
We’re here to help
We have experienced staff who won’t judge you, are ready to talk and help you to get your life back to the way you want it. We also have medical staff who work with us to make sure you’re kept safe.
You will get your own worker who will work with you to help you build on your strengths, make healthy changes and work towards your goals and ambitions.
Our offer of group workshops ranges from structured treatment over a set number of weeks, to art and leisure groups designed to provide a safe space outside of the usual environment.
In addition to our hub locations, nwe can see people at a number of other locations by appointment in:

- Wareham
- Swanage
- Dorchester
- Bridport
- Lyme Regis
- Sherborne.
Other programmes of support:
- Family Support – intervention packages to support families affected by drug or alcohol misuse
- Flourish Cafe – a safe, social and creative space for all past or present people we support to be among people who understand.

- People who want support to manage, reduce or stop their drug and/or alcohol use
