We’re here to help
If you want a service that is tailored to you and here to support you in gaining confidence, self-esteem, and independence, then we are the service for you. We offer support specific to your needs to help you move towards your goals whether that be employment, education, training, or volunteering.
We also provide peer support workshops which support you in skills such as assertiveness and communication, self-esteem and resilience, mood and food, confidence to work, and ways to wellbeing.
We have volunteering and peer champion opportunities available, so the people we support have a real impact on the service we deliver.
We deliver support in a variety of ways including face-to-face, over the phone, over Teams, and by email. We also offer signposting to local services.

- People aged 18 or over
- People living in the Kirklees area
- People with experience of diagnosed or undiagnosed mental ill health
Get support
To get support, you can self-refer to the service by completing our online referral form or emailing our downloadable version to us. Alternatively, if you are being supported by professionals, they are welcome to complete a referral form for you.
