We’re here to help
We specialise in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training, or to retain their current employment. We work with people living in Hampshire.
We can help with the following:
Job Search
- Search only for the sort of work you want
- Support and guidance on how and where to look
- Help writing effective CVs, cover letters and applications
- Your employment specialist actively contacts and develops relationships with employers
- Employment related benefits advice – check how employment may affect your benefits
On Application
- Help to get you through interviews
- Confidential advice on how to disclose health matters – when and how best to do it
- Help you identify and request reasonable adjustments from your employer
After Employment
- Support when starting a job
- Regular contact after job start to help you sort out any problems, for as long as you need it
- Support with your new employer – as requested by and agreed with you
Who is this service for
- People aged 18 or over.
- People receiving support from the Community Mental Health teams across Hampshire.

Ask your Clinician to speak to the IPS worker and refer you to the service for support.
