Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with, or recovering from, mental ill health, and/or living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.

Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service specialises in offering one-to-one support to individuals who are currently unemployed, in employment but facing workplace difficulties, or looking to return to work, or looking to return to work after long-term sickness.
The support we provide is tailored to the individual, however we can support with CV writing, interview preparation, disclosure of mental health, return to work plans, reasonable adjustments, and many other areas. The support provided will be through one-to-one appointments either virtually or face-to-face, based on the individual’s preference.
Group workshops:
We also run group workshops on a variety of employment-related topics such as employment
skills, staying well at work (assertiveness at work, managing work related stress), and menopause in the workplace.
Who is this service for
- People aged 18 or over
- People with mild to moderate mental ill health and/or Autism
- People living in the Cambridgshire area
- People living in the Peterborough area including Huntingdon and Fenland
