Abbots Bank, Eden Dispersed Housing & Eden Community Service

We help people aged 18 or over who require support with their mental health and a supported living environment to maintain a tenancy. 

Referrals for our service come through the Adult Social Care team. Our service can help you with improving your mental health symptoms and behaviours, to develop self-care and living skills. We can also help you with finance management, improve social inclusion, self-esteem, confidence and motivation. 

Our staff will develop a support plan with you to plan how you can achieve your goals and live as independently as possible so that you are able to move on from our service in the future. You will need to engage with staff and work together to achieve your goals through planned and structured support. Our service can also assist you to improve your physical health and access the local community for activities. We believe that mental health recovery is possible for everyone. 

We are a 6-bed service where you will have your own room with an en–suite bathroom. There is a communal lounge and kitchen for your use.  There is a cooking group and games group run by the staff, where you can socialise and get to know some of the other residents. 

To access our service, please contact Adult Social Services, your care coordinator, or your mental health team. The service also supports clients who live in the community. Staff support individuals to achieve their goal by using person-centred support tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
