Supported housing
We're here to help if you need our support to live independently.
You’re in the right place
If you’re facing challenges in your life such as mental or physical health, talk to us about how our housing services can help you to live independently.
We offer both 24-hour supported housing, with recovery support there for you whenever you need it, and 12-hour supported housing with professional support through the night.
Our floating support services help people live independently and maintain their own home. We can advocate for you by talking to local authorities, housing associations, social services, and private landlords to make sure you get the accommodation you need. We can also help with things like tenancy agreements and applying for grants or housing benefit.
We you are ready we will work with you to move on from supported living to your own safe and secure home. Our social housing is available to people experiencing different life challenges, which you or your local authority can apply for.
Getting support from us
Getting advice about support from us is easy. When you find a supported housing service, you can call them, email them or refer yourself to get started.
