If you’re ready to get support, we’re here to guide you. Here’s how you can access our services:
- Step Down Transitional Service: This service is available by referral from the hospital as part of your discharge process. We work closely with hospitals to ensure a smooth transition. Please use the email and number on the right of this page to contact this service.
- Derby Crisis House: Access to this service is via referral from the Derby/Derbyshire Crisis Teams. Speak to your mental health professional to see if this service is right for you. Please use the number on the right to call this service.

- Derby Safe Haven: You can self-refer by simply turning up between 4.30pm and 12.30am, with the latest access time at around 11.45 pm. You can also call us directly on 03300 083722 between 4.30 pm and 12.30 am, seven days a week.
