If you live in the Cumbria area and are aged 16 and over with a primary mental health diagnosis, we can support you to gain or regain skills and confidence to achieve greater independence.

We can support you to develop coping strategies to best manage your mental health needs.
We can support you to access community groups and promote socially inclusive activities.
We can support you with all aspects of daily living skills and access training, volunteering or further learning.
We also offer packages to support those with mental ill-health in their own homes.

Get support
Referrals are normally sourced through adult social care and a referral form can be requested by emailing or calling the service.
Self/private referrals can be accepted but these are mostly for our community packages. All funding is agreed in principle before referral is submitted.
