Get support
Get in touch with the team using the details on this page to chat through how we can support you.
After you contact us, a Community Link worker will be in touch to discuss what assistance you may require, even if you are unsure of this yourself. You will be able to meet and agree a plan for gaining access to support.
We can accompany you to first appointments if you find it difficult to do so on your own, or we can help you understand what is required to access another service. We can work with you to develop a plan to help you stay well when things get overwhelming.
We can meet with you in the community to help you gain confidence so that you can manage and access support independently into the future.
In partnership with Bristol City Council and Quartet Community Foundation.
