Longview House
Providing one-to-one bespoke support, we work with you to recognise when you are becoming unwell and help you take preventative measures to avoid relapse.
We’re here to help
Here at Longview House we have 17 bedrooms available for people with mental ill health from the age of 18 and over.
We offer a three-phase model with an initial assessment stage, a semi-independent stage, and the cluster which is a self-contained flat with 3 bedrooms. We support people to be as independent as possible in all areas of daily living which can include medication support, financial support, hygiene support, accessing the community, and many other areas.
We will work with you to find out how your placement is benefiting you and adjusting the way we are supporting you to meet your changing needs.
We have links with many community housing services to aid our ‘move on’ pathways, enabling individuals to move on to more independent living.
We also have links with Knowsley Local Authority’s adult education providers for individuals and community initiatives, to engage in the widest range of learning opportunities to improve confidence, raise self-esteem, build personal, creative and social development, support with the challenges of modern life, reduce social isolation and improve overall health.
Who is this service for
