Our Service

We provide intensive support to people aged 25 or over who are homeless and need to secure accommodation.

We’re here to help

We aim to prevent homelessness by supporting individuals who have responsibility for a tenancy but require support to maintain it. Support can be provided via the drop-in as a short-term intervention or longer-term floating support.

Our friendly team can help you stay in your accommodation, avoid an eviction, or find somewhere new if you need it. We can make sure you’re getting all the benefits due and help you maximise income and manage debt.

We can help with:

  • Understanding tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Developing independent living skills
  • Accessing grants
  • Liaising with landlords
  • Welfare benefits

As well as:

  • Accessing employment, training and education
  • Debt reduction
  • Access to health services
  • Signposting to other services
  • Completing Tenancy Ready Training

Who is this service for

  • People aged 25 or over
  • People who live in Darlington
  • People who are homeless
