We are a mental health service providing support through one-to-one appointments and community drop-in sessions. The support we provide is intervention-based, helping people to understand and manage their mental health with positive coping strategies.
We can help with:

- Interventions to develop positive coping strategies
- Advice and guidance
- Signposting to other relevant services
We provide a welcoming and non-judgmental place for individuals struggling emotionally and socially with life challenges, or those facing a mental health crisis.
