Croft House
Croft House Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.
Our Service
Croft House is a 12-hour Supported Housing service located in East Molesey – Elmbridge borough of Surrey County.
We support both men and women who have a primary diagnosis of mental health illnesses and are subject to the Care Program Approach (both standard and enhanced).
People we support may also have difficulties managing tenancies and secondary issues such as substance use, or actively engage with professional recovery programmes like I-Access or Catalyst.
Applicants must be residents within the Surrey County Council boards, aged 18 to 64 at the point of referral.
We’re here to help
The main focus of our service is to provide people with the experience to managing their tenancy, while learning a range of skills that, with support, will help them to move to more independent, permanent accommodation.
Croft House is a Victorian property owned by Waythrough. It has three storeys with 14 beds, two kitchens, four bathrooms, four toilets and two lounges in the main house and three beds, one kitchen, one bathroom and a toilet in the annex.
We offer low to medium 12-hour support, where people can access support from 8am until 8pm from Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
We also have a staff on-call system in place with managers available as a back-up and concierge services where needed.
People we support must be able to manage their own medication, share communal facilities, attend house meetings and be willing to work closely with professional providers to reduce the risks they face.
