Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service provides one to one support for people experiencing mental health challenges and/or who are neurodivergent. We can support you to find new paid employment, volunteering work or support you to manage work placed situations to retain your employment.
We’re here to help
Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service specialises in offering one-to-one support to individuals who are currently unemployed, in employment but facing workplace difficulties, or looking to return to work, or looking to return to work after long-term sickness.
The support we provide is tailored to the individual, however we can support with CV writing, interview preparation, disclosure of mental health, return to work plans, reasonable adjustments, and many other areas. The support provided will be through one-to-one appointments either virtually or face-to-face, based on the individual’s preference.
Group workshops:
We run online workshops on a variety of employment-related topics, including, Social Skills, Returning to Work, Managing Wellbeing at Work and Speaking to Employers with Confidence.
Who is this service for
- People aged 18 or over
- People with mild to moderate mental ill health and/or who are neurodivergent
- People living in the Cambridgshire area
- People living in the Peterborough area including Huntingdon and Fenland
