We’re here to help
At Blackpool Light Lounge we address both your immediate crisis and longer-term recovery goals. We provide safe, high-quality support with an emphasis on understanding the factors which contributed to your crisis. The service equips you with strategies and tools to support your ongoing mental health recovery.
We can support with:
- Professional and specific individual advice in accessing appropriate help
- Guidance and information on how to manage your mental health and develop coping mechanisms
- Peer support from people who have been through similar experiences in talking through your issues and concerns
- Access to other organisations who offer support with social crisis such as housing and benefits
Who is this service for
- People aged 16 or over
- People living in Blackpool, Fylde or Wyre
