Sudbury Supporting Housing Service
Tailored support for each individual with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.
We’re here to help
We provide 15 supported housing flats for clients experiencing mental ill–health. The support is tailored for each service user and the ultimate goal is to help clients manage their accommodation and assist them with re-integration back into mainstream housing within 2 years.
We also offer a community support service for a fixed time. This is designed to help those already living in their own homes receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities.
Who is this service for
- People aged 18 or over
- People with a mental health diagnosis
- People under a mental health team with a local area connection
