We’re here to help
SLaM Crisis Service provides 24-hour, rehabilitation, nursing care and accommodation, for up to 34 adults with long-term mental illness and challenging behaviour. We provide care for people who live in the London Borough of Lewisham.
Our accommodation ranges from shared accommodation for people who require a high level of staff support, to self-contained flats for people who can live in the community relatively independently.
Service delivered in partnership with the NHS South London and Maudsley.
