East Surrey Wellbeing Matters
If you’re a parent with young children who feels they need some support, we may be able to help.
We’re here to help
We understand that asking for help can be difficult, so the Wellbeing Matters Team bases themselves in a variety of locations within the community, ready to bring support directly to you.
We will work with you to explore your individual needs, using a basic wellbeing assessment framework to identify areas where you feel you would benefit from further support. We can connect you with services in the community to help meet these needs, whether this is reducing isolation, building resilience or connecting with others.
